Plumerias have made their way into many living rooms and conservatories in recent years. What most plant lovers do not consider is how large a plant can grow with ideal care. The Plumeria Society has defined 3 special growth forms for Plumerias, in which each variety must be classified. Plumerias that have been sorted into this group are perfect for living rooms or conservatories. These varieties grow very slowly and often branch out with a bloom, remaining compact even after many years and requiring little space on the windowsill. These plants need more space than the compact types, and they grow significantly faster and stronger. These varieties are suitable for large terraces or large conservatories. I would not recommend these varieties for the living room window! The varieties in this category grow very quickly, up to 50cm per year under ideal care and conditions, primarily have thin trunks, and usually need support to prevent breaking. I would recommend these types for sheltered spots, such as a large conservatory. There are countless species, as you have already learned at the beginning of the book, that one cannot create an overview that includes all. The major breeders in the USA and Thailand publish lists from time to time, showing which variety can be classified where. including Gina, Elsie, J105, Cherry Pink, Daeng Mahachoke, Madame Rainbow, Khao Compact, Parameno, Orange 60, Rimfire, Siam Rainbow, Siam Ruby, R-03, Y02 all Dwarf varieties including Black Purple, Bonjour, Chiang Mai Rainbow, Coral Cream, Cleopatra, Heidi Gold, Moon Gloo, Little Rainbow, Khao Malee, Lueang Sakon, Magento Powder, Miss Nonbourri, Orange Special including Black Tiger, Imperial Crown, Jeannie Moragne, Orange Splendour, Vera Cruz Rose, Vishanu Gold, Irma Briant, Super Pink, Super Spider, Purple Serendipity, Mont Blanc Plumeria pudica, Plumeria alba, Plumeria cubensis, Plumeria Hongkong obtusaTypical Growth Forms of Plumerias
