How does the loyalty points system work?
Our customers are automatically credited0.5 loyalty points for every purchase over 10€ per 1€ purchase . This means that if you shop for 22€, you will receive 11 loyalty points with a total value of 1.10€.
When you proceed to checkout with your shopping cart, the points you have received will be displayed directly in the order summary.

When do you not receive points?
If you redeem points from your credit when paying for an order, you will not then receive a points credit for that order.
Can I pay with points?
Yes! For the first redemption, you need a points balance of at least 50 points. After the first redemption, the points balance threshold is then 10 points.
Where can I redeem the points?
When you go to the checkout, the system shows you the information about the loyalty points above your address. There you have the option to redeem as many points as you like from your balance.
Where can I see how many points I have?
Simply go to your account. There you will find a menu item called Loyalty Points. Click on this. You will then be shown how many points you currently have and what you got them for.
