Please note that cuttings are intentionally intended for enthusiasts and experienced plant lovers. Unlike well-rooted plants, cuttings always carry a certain risk, as their further development depends heavily on proper care after receipt.
Even minor care errors, unsuitable locations, or well-intentioned measures such as re-cutting or placing the cutting in water can cause a cutting to be damaged or fail to take root within a short time.
Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we cannot accept returns or claims for cuttings due to later development or failure. By purchasing a cutting, you are consciously choosing a product that requires special care, patience, and experience.
