Information on Plant Shipping

We have spared no effort in compiling a beautiful portfolio for you. All plants are generally capable of blooming, and some already have buds.

Prices

In pricing, the number of branches, the presence and number of umbels, and rarity play a role. Prices for the plants start at approximately 30 EUR. Please also note my contribution on this: Pricing for Plumerias. Of course, there are also (from the end of May) high-priced, rarer varieties available in our shop, such as Malaysian Red, Fireblast, Heirloom (to name just a few varieties).

Size of Pots and Plants

The plants are delivered in 15 – 25 cm pots. For the 15 cm pots, repotting may be advisable to allow the root system to develop ideally. For the larger ones, repotting is usually only recommended in the following year. We do not accept reservations because we want to give all customers the same chances to buy their favorite variety. Height of the plants (unless otherwise stated) is between 50 – 80 cm including the pot. Shipping

We will only ship the plants from Tuesday to Thursday (except also on Fridays). Upon request (please indicate this in the order notes), we can also ship on Fridays, but definitely not on Saturdays, to avoid possible storage at the respective transport company over the weekend! In April and May, we reserve the right to also ship plants on Fridays. These will be prepared accordingly for possible storage at the transport company. Please note that DPD and DHL deliver from Monday to Saturday, but UPS only from Monday to Friday. With our Plant History, you always have an overview of how the plant you chose looks. The history will be maintained until the shipping of your plant. The last photo will be taken during the packaging process.

Delivery Times

Even though we will generally be faster, the official delivery times are 7 – 10 working days. If there are unexpected delays as the start of sales approaches, please inquire briefly via email or through our chat function, indicating your order number for the status of your shipment. You can also use our Contact Form for an inquiry.

Pickup, Purchase / Viewing On-Site

Please Note: We do not have a retail store on-site in Johanniskirchen. However, we would like to enable those of you who would like to choose your plant yourself to do so. Please make an appointment with us via email (versand@plumeria.shop) or by phone at 0160 99547098. Please do not come unannounced to our warehouse! Payment on-site can be made in all common payment methods. In addition to the payment methods in the shop, you can also pay here with EC or credit card. Please observe the hygiene rules applicable in Bavaria during the COVID-19 crisis when visiting our warehouse!

Shipping Costs

Depend on the respective transport company and the weight of the package. The plants have an average weight of 2.2 kg. The shipping fees for You can find Germany and Austria under https://plumeria.shop/versandarten/ We currently have contracts with 3 of the largest shipping service providers: DHL, UPS, and DPD. Depending on the weight, the corresponding shipping price for each of the 3 (if available) providers is displayed in the shop. As a customer, you have the freedom to choose based on price and/or preference.

Shipping to?

We are authorized to ship plants within the EU. Unfortunately, shipping to non-EU countries is not possible. For our customers in northern Switzerland, there remains the option of delivery services at the German border (LAS BURG etc.) If you live in another EU country, please send us a message via the contact form with your exact address and what exactly you would like to purchase, and we will determine the exact costs for international shipping.

Quality

Some varieties (especially from Asia) are quite rare and it is seldom possible to make a pre-selection. However, we always try our best.

All other plants have been personally selected by our buyers, and a very high value has been placed on the quality of the plant. The more shoots, the more beautiful a plant is. It is not the height that matters, but the appearance.

If plants do not meet our standards, we will not sell them.

Simply convince yourself of our plants. We hope you’ll have a lot of joy with them!

Complaints

In principle, for a sensitive plant like the Plumeria, transport is pure stress. This can, for example, manifest in drooping or yellow leaves, which does not constitute a reason for complaint. On our part, we will do everything in our power to ensure that the plant is well packaged for the journey and arrives safe and sound. We have influence over how it is packaged, but not over how the package is ultimately handled on its journey to you. If despite all care, your plant suffers damage during transport, please contact us immediately via our contact form. We would like to ask you to provide us with corresponding photos of the damaged packaging and/or the plant so that we can collaboratively find a suitable solution for the issue!
