We offer our customers a loyalty points system. This way, your loyalty pays off and you save real money! Our points system gives registered customers a chance to save about 5% on every order! Our customers automatically receive points for every purchase over 10€ per 1€ purchase – 0.5 loyalty points are credited. This means that if you shop for 22€, you receive 11 loyalty points worth a total of 1.10€. When you proceed to checkout with your cart, the points received will be shown directly in the order summary. If you redeem points from your balance while paying for an order, you will not receive points credit for that order. Yes! For the first redemption, you need a points balance of at least 50 points. After the first redemption, the threshold for the points balance is 10 points. When you proceed to checkout, the system shows you information about the loyalty points above your address. There, you can then redeem as many points from your balance as you like. Just go to Your Account. There, you will find a menu entry for loyalty points. Click on it.
