The designation of the variety refers only to the form and color of the mother plant. It can happen that a seedling from a red mother plant (like „Black Tiger“) develops a white flower, and the shape of the flower may also differ from that of the mother plant.

It is also not correct to name seedlings later after the purchased variety. For example, if you sell or give away a „Black Tiger“ seedling, the correct name would be „Black Tiger Seedling“ or „Black Tiger Seedling“ (the English term).

The seeds offered here are freshly harvested and should generally germinate within 2-4 weeks. Of course (since this is a natural product), one cannot guarantee the germination ability of each individual seed. However, we do check during packaging whether the seeds contain a viable embryo. Those that do not are not put up for sale.
