We offer our customers a service that no other provider has. Our plant history gives you the opportunity to be fully informed with info & image about the plant (the cutting) you want to purchase. Our cuttings and plants are photographed upon arrival at the warehouse and receive a unique identifier. The photo with the info is then sent via email to our server and processed fully automatically. Our customers can check at any time how the chosen plant looked upon arrival at the warehouse, how its root system looked (only for plants that we have rooted or those that we received bare-root from our suppliers). Should events occur during the (hopefully short) stay in the warehouse (bud formation, breakage, rot), this will be documented and automatically reported to our system. Once you purchase the plant, the final documentation process will be the photo of the packaging and the package itself. Thus, our customers have 100% transparency and know exactly which plant they have purchased. First, one selects (if this option exists) the properties of the plant or cutting.
